Hey, I’m Matthew Holland a Chef serving the Boston area. I spent the first 12 years of my life bouncing back and forth from Louisiana to Mississippi. This is where I spent time with my grandparents Patricia and Truman Fairley. Everything we did revolved around food, now everything I do with food revolves around them.

Why Fairley?

I spent my time rising through the ranks in Kitchens in New Orleans before running “Boston Restaurant” as its Chef De Cuisine.

Wether I was a dishwasher, prep cook, or Chef De Cuisine I always gave it my all.

Now I get to bring years of sharpening my skills ( and my knives) to your home for you and your family.
